After stumbling over a DomainTools Blog (1) entry discussing a new low in NetSol's (2) business practises, I tried to send an inquiry to the ICANN Ombudsman. That's a Web form with six required fields, but it won't let me submit it for no obvious reason. Fine, I can post it here:
